TERMS OF SERVICE
By ordering from me, customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.What can I draw?
Will do: Human/humanoid, furry, pony, fanart, original characters, ships.
Won't do: NSFW/suggestive, fetish art, mecha, detailed backgrounds, others art styles, real celebrities, incest/pedo ships, anything that promotes hate to marginalized groups.Payments
The payment is upfront, USD and through Paypal invoice. I won't start the commission until the payment has been received.Deadlines and refunds
It can take from 2 weeks to 1 month to finish the commission. If an inconvenience shows up that might complicate the process, I'll notify the customer. Keep in mind that I'm a college student and I booth at events frequently. Please be patient with me.
No refunds once I start with the drawing. The customer will be able to ask for a refund if there's been no progress for 3 consecutive weeks.Product delivery, revisions and references
References are required! If the client wants a specific pose, expression, outfit, color, etc. I will need visual reference to be as accurate as I can be. Written references can be confusing for me, so if needed, always provide visual references (pictures, clear drawings, official artwork, etc.)
Final product will be delivered digitally through Gmail. Customer will need to provide an email adress.
The customer is allowed to ask for updates on the commission as long as they're not too insistent. I'll gladly send screenshots.
The customer has the right to 2 complete revisions in the sketching phase. Any extra changes will be charged 4 USD extra.
The customer has the right to 2 minor edits after completion, such as changing eye color or fixing small details. Any extra changes will be charged 4 USD extra.Personal and commercial use
Commissions are for personal use only. In case the customer wanted to reupload the artwork on social media, credits to the artist are required (Example: By @almightycato).
The customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency or anything related to the matter. The customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI (Artificial Intelligence) related technology.
I reserve the right to use and upload said product in my portfolio, social media, etc.
I reserve the right to use fanart commissions of existing franchises for personal use and/or merchandising.Cancellations
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to the customer.
Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and it will result in a cancellation of the order. The customer will receive full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. Disrespectful behavior will get the customer blacklisted and blocked. I reserve the right to refuse service to said customer.

TÉRMINOS DE SERVICIO
Al comisionarme, el cliente acepta los siguientes términos y condiciones.¿Qué puedo dibujar?
Sí: Humanos/humanoides, furry, pony, fanart, personajes originales, ships/self ships.
No: NSFW/sugerente, fetiches, mecha, fondos detallados, estilos de arte ajenos, celebridades, ships pedofílicos/incestuosos, cualquier cosa que promueva el odio hacia grupos marginalizados.Pagos
El pago es por adelantado, USD o ARS y realizado mediante factura de Paypal o transferencia por MercadoPago (opción disponible solo para Argentina). No comenzaré la comisión hasta que el pago haya sido recibido.Fechas límite y reembolsos
Puede tomar de 2 semanas a 1 mes para finalizar la comisión. Si surgiera algún inconveniente que pueda llegar a complicar el proceso, se lo comunicaré inmediatamente al cliente. Pido paciencia ya que soy un estudiante universitario y también participo en eventos y convenciones.
No hay reembolsos una vez que haya comenzado con el dibujo. El cliente podrá pedir un reembolso si no hubo progreso en la comisión por 3 semanas consecutivas.Envío del producto, revisiones y referencias
Las referencias son obligatorias! Si el cliente quiere una pose, expresión, outfit, color, etc. en específico, necesitaré referencia visual para ser lo más preciso posible. Las referencias escritas son confusas para mí, así que si es necesario, siempre provee referencias visuales (fotos/imágenes, dibujos limpios, arte oficial, etc.) El producto final será enviado digitalmente mediante Gmail. El cliente tendrá que proveer una dirección de correo electrónico.
El cliente tiene permitido pedir actualizaciones de la comisión mientras que no sea muy insistente. Con gusto mandaré capturas de pantalla.
El cliente tiene derecho a 2 revisiones en la fase de boceto. Las revisiones extra costarán 4 USD o 1.000 ARS.
El cliente tiene derecho a 2 ediciones menores luego de la finalización de la comisión, como cambiar el color de los ojos o arreglar pequeños detalles. Las ediciones extra costarán 4 USD o 1.000 ARS.Uso personal y comercial
Las comisiones son para uso personal únicamente. En caso de que el cliente quiera resubir la comisión a sus redes sociales, los créditos al artista son necesarios (Ejemplo: Hecho por @almightycato).
El cliente no tiene derecho a usar el producto en ninguna tecnología relacionada al blockchain, incluyendo NFTs, cryptomoneda, etc. El cliente no tiene derecho a usar el producto en ninguna tecnología de IA (Inteligencia Artificial.)
Reservo el derecho a usar y publicar dicho producto en mi portfolio, redes sociales, etc. Reservo el derecho a usar comercialmente comisiones fanart de franquicias existentes.Cancelaciones
Tengo el derecho a rehusarme o cancelar la orden, bajo la condición de reembolso completo, sin darle razones al cliente.
Las conductas irrespetuosas no serán toleradas y resultará en la cancelación de la orden. El cliente recibirá un reembolso parcial o completo dependiendo de la cantidad de trabajo completo. Las conductas irrespetuosas harán que el cliente sea puesto en una lista negra y bloqueado. Reservo el derecho a rehusar mi servicio a dicho cliente.
